Anyway, thanks for the kind offer. If I was to order again, would you be able to provide a photograph of the actual item before sending it, for QA purposes? Just one photo of the dial would be sufficient. If you can do this then I would be happy to order one or two more watches.
I did think about selecting watches without the date window but I couldn’t find any that I like. The Rolex DateJust are always my favorite!
The bad news is it seems that the website where I used to select the watches has been shut down.
But anyway what I would like to do is ordering two watches. I have attached a screenshot of the first (it is the same watch that I ordered last time – I took the screenshot when I ordered it). I would also like the black dial version of the same watch. I don’t have a screenshot of that, the price was the same but it had the black dial (it was called the Rolex DateJust Swiss ETA 2836 movement with 14k wrapped gold two tone with black-dial).
Can you please provide a photo of these two replica watches UK (the actual items you will send) as discussed below? Then I would be happy to order both, at a nice price.
No you’re not getting what I’m trying to say. The hour hand goes underneath the power reserve hand and the seconds hand so it can’t move when it gets to these positions. For the watch to work the hour hand would need to move over the top of these. The power reserve and second hand block the progress of the hour hand and nothing I can do will fix it.
* When an order is made on a website, it’s common practice for the company to send the customer a receipt.
* The fact there’s no telephone number to speak to a staff member also concerns me.
* The spelling and use of language on the website is very poor, leading me to believe it isn’t professional.
* There’s no customer reviews on the website, which there surely would be if the company was confident in their products.
* I searched for reviews elsewhere and none of them were positive. Some of which said emails were never replied to, others said they’re still waiting for their watch months after ordering.
I purchased a watch for my daughters birthday but had to have some link removed so it would fit.
I removed a couple but the bracelet broke where it has been poorly welded to the clasp. I can provided photos if you need.
I know the watch is a replica but I didn’t expect to pay all that money and not be able to wear it
Please can you replace the watch or bracelet so my daughter is able able to wear it.
Thank you for your reply £20 for postage seems unreasonable as you have sold me a watch that is not fit for purpose
I know I purchase a replica watch but for the price I paid it should be of some good quality.
Can you please exchange the watch for a replacement, and forward the address to send the watch to for the replacement.
Following your last e-mail, and with no response to me reply, I have been in contact with the authorities for information regarding my rights for a refund or replacement for the faulty watch you supplied.
According to the Consumer Rights Act 2017 I am entitled to a replacement or full refund, if the goods sold to me are not fit for purpose for a reasonable amount of time, and 2 weeks is certainly not reasonable. Neither is it reasonable to expect me to have the watch repaired.
It is not the manufacturers responsibility either it is the supplier I purchased the item from. I am hoping we can reach an amicable conclusion to this matter i.e. a full refund or an exact replacement for the faulty watch you supplied me.
The watch has arrived today. I must say I’m extremely disappointed and unhappy. I have had the watch 10 minutes and removing it from the packaging the whole bezel fell off in my hands! It now has a screw missing and on top of all that it’s not what I ordered at all Despite the fact that I sent an email stating that I had not ordered a Big Bang 38mm I had ordered a 44mm vendome I have still been sent the Big Bang, this is after I was assured I would be sent the vendome. An absolute disgrace from start to finish I wish I had never visited your site. This was supposed to be a special present for my husband at Christmas I saved hard to be able to buy it for him and now he has nothing. I am eager to here what you are going to do to rectify this for me. I can send you pictures of the broken Hublot replica watches at your request.
I will send you pictures of watch. Despite the fact that this is broken it is not the watch I paid for! Why have I been sent this model? I have communicated with you before that I did not want a 38mm Big Bang I ordered a 45mm vendom fusion watch. I was assured by your staff that this would be sent to me. If you didn’t have it in stock I should have been told and refunded my money I am very disappointed this is the worst customer service I have ever had.
I think your supplier needs to understand what luminous means, it means it glows in the dark, if you are going to stand underneath a light you don’t need it to be luminous because you can see it anyway, as I said in my previous email I have a very much cheaper copy that remains luminous for hours after normal daylight use and I thought by buying a more expensive one would be a better watch. By the way I have a genuine sub that also stays luminous.
Thanks for your reply. The only reason I did not pursue my claim for this faulty watch is I had a similar problem with another watch a few months earlier from another dealer, again in China. Although a lot cheaper about £70 I think. However, the dealer made no effort to respond to my issues. The distance makes it an easy get out.
Still wanting a replica Rolex I thought if I spent more money and from another dealer where “Noob” finished replica watches uk were supposed to be better I ordered one from yourself.
Within one week the watch would not wind from the winder. After one month and the only way to wind by wrist movement it would only hold the wind now and again. Finally, the date would not change properly and after six months of random working it ceased to work.
So you see why now I had no faith in even trying to get this faulty watch sorted.
At least I feel better for having my say, but I am still out of pocket by £300 and no working watch. Would you buy another ?
